- Agency Loan Volume – Loan Count
- Institution Type – Bank, Credit Union and Nonbank
- Property Valuation – Appraisal, Appraisal Waiver and Inspection-Based Waiver
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
