- Institution Type – Bank, Credit Union and Nonbank Loan Counts
- Loan Purpose – Purchase, No Cash-out Refinance & Cash-out Refinance Loan Counts
- Production Channel – Broker, Retail & Correspondent Loan Counts
- Property Valuation – Appraisal, Appraisal Waiver and Inspection-Based Waiver Loan Counts
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
