- Loan Volume – Loan Count and Original Balance
- Loan Status – First Lien and Second Lien
- Loan Type – Conventional, FHA, VA and RHS
- Loan Purpose – Purchase, Refi-Non Cash out, Refi-Cash out and Improvement
- Loan Credit Type – Closed-End and Open-Ended (Revolving credit)
- Loan Flags – for Jumbo, HELOC, Reverse Mortgage/HECM and Conforming
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
