The Top HELOC Originators in Q4 2024 shows home equity lines-of-credit (HELOC) originations by quarter for 2024, including:
- Total number of 1- to 4-family residential property lines of credit secured by first and junior liens (HELOCs), originated in 2024
- All lenders with over 50 HELOCs recorded in 2024 – over 2,750 institutions
- Shows lender name, institution type, quarter and volume in units
- Other attributes available upon request include property location, property, borrower and loan characteristics
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
