Description
Shows bank portfolio and agency first-lien closed-end 1-4 single family mortgage originations (and purchases) for Q4 2023, including:
- Bank lenders – unique ID and standardized bank name across all datasets
- Portfolio – number of loans ‘held for investment’
- Portfolio – number of loans originated and purchased for portfolio
- Agency – number of loans issued via Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
