This report identifies lenders utilizing GSE appraisal modernization solutions from 2017 through Q1 2025. This allows users to assess which lenders have already utilized inspection-based appraisal waivers, and are able to take advantage of hybrid appraisal immediately, and lists 585 GSE direct sellers and 2070 GSE correspondents.
This report identifies lenders utilizing GSE appraisal modernization solutions from 2017 through Q1 2025. This allows users to assess which lenders have already utilized inspection-based appraisal waivers, and are able to take advantage of hybrid appraisal immediately, and lists 585 GSE direct sellers and 2070 GSE correspondents.
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique lender IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching. This excludes lenders and loans delivered using appraisal waivers, formerly known as Property Inspection Waivers (PIWs), as these require no property valuation at the time of origination, and ~97% of GSE sellers and correspondents have already utilized the solutions.
