- Institution Type – Bank, Credit Union and Nonbank
- Agency – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae (FHA, VA, PIH, RHS)
- Channel – Retail, Correspondent and BrokerLoan Purpose – Purchase, Refi-Non Cash out and Refi-Cash out
The deliverable is a multi-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
