Shows prior year top mortgage correspondents by reverse mortgage and by institution type and includes the following information:
- Loan Volume – Loan Count
- Loan Flag – Reverse Mortgage or Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM)
The deliverable is a single-tab spreadsheet file and with unique IDs to identify each lending institution to allow for subsequent data matching.
